Museum Operations Lead - 12-Month Transformation Role

Keswick Museum and Art Gallery is seeking an experienced Museum Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the museum in Keswick. You will lead staff and volunteers, ensure safe, welcoming visitor experiences, and manage facilities, collections care logistics and events.

Working in a small, community-focused team you will prioritise tasks, resolve problems and collaborate with trustees and external partners to support ongoing development and the planned transformation of the museum.
