We are looking for a flexible and reliable Multitask Team Member to join our hotel team. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and delivering excellent guest service.
About the RoleAs a Multitask Team Member, you will support the daily operations across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and basic Maintenance duties. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests throughout the day and night.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out
- Handle guest enquiries, calls, and requests efficiently
- Perform night audit and daily reporting tasks
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas and back-of-house
- Support kitchen and bar cleaning duties
- Carry out safety checks, fire walks, and basic maintenance inspections
- Ensure security procedures and hotel standards are followed at all times
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Flexibility to work early, late, and night shifts
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- A supportive team environment

- Must be fluent in English
Full time position (39 hours per week) with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday and two days off per week. The hourly rate is £14.80 on day shift, £15.30 on night shift.
