Job Description

Multiskilled Shift Lead (Electrical Bias) Salary: £60k+
Location: Central London
Start: Immediate

I am recruiting an experienced Multiskilled Shift Lead (Electrical Bias) to join a critical, high profile commercial site. This is a hands on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge and proven shift management experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Electrical bias with strong HVAC knowledge
  • Extensive building services experience
  • Proven leadership / shift lead experience
  • Authorised Person (AP) status highly desirable

Duties:

  • Lead engineers on shift
  • PPMs, fault finding, and reactive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance and safe systems of work
