OutsourceUK is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to provide high quality and efficient maintenance services within a corporate environment. This role offers a blend of planned and reactive maintenance, as well as project based work, ideal for a proactive engineer with strong plumbing experience. You will collaborate with the Property Management team and other departments to enhance the working environment in a cost effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general plumbing repairs, including leak repairs and tasks arising from Legionella risk assessments.
• Execute painting and decorating of office areas, ensuring proper preparation and finishing.
• Carry out basic carpentry tasks and changing/repairing locks.
• Maintain and repair equipment, and handle internal and external building repairs.
• Conduct PAT testing of electrical appliances.
• Complete planned maintenance tasks as per the agreed schedule, maintaining accurate records.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests raised via the Service Desk Database, ensuring timely resolution within service level agreements.
• Assist with minor office moves in coordination with the Office Move Coordinator.
• Manage deliveries and light porterage duties.
• Undertake any other reasonable maintenance related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Plumbing or electrical fitting experience.
• Proven experience in a maintenance team environment.
