Multiskilled Maintenance Pro - Student Housing

Bimplus is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Handyman for a 10-week assignment in a student accommodation project in Greater London. The role is hands-on and involves reactive and planned maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, well kept living environment for residents.

You will perform inspections, fire safety checks, water hygiene tasks, and routine patrols, while keeping accurate logs. Tools are provided and no CSCS card is required.
