Multisite HR Generalist & Safety Lead

Cristex Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager or capable HR Advisor to lead HR and Health & Safety across Cristex and CCK Aerospace. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, absence management, and HR administration while collaborating with business leaders to support safety and operations.

The role requires CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, and experience in manufacturing or technical environments is advantageous.
