Multisite HR Advisor - Manufacturing (Travel)

A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Advisor for a fixed term of 9 months. This hands-on role requires someone with 2-5 years of operational HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. The position involves providing HR support to site-based leaders across Wolverhampton, Cheltenham, and Devon. The ideal candidate should possess strong employment law knowledge, be confident and resilient, and be willing to travel as needed.
