Multi Trader (Damp and Mould)

Location: Civic Centre, Brixton Hill SW2 1EG

This is a Full Time/Flexible Working, Permanent vacancy that will close in 20 days at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Wates has an opportunity for a Multi Trader (Damp and Mould) to join our team within the Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Brixton office on one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive maintenance to residents.

Key Accountabilities will include:

• Undertaking repair and renewal works
• Advising the Supervisor when other trades are required
• Working independently on specific tasks
• Collaborating with other operatives to complete tasks
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used
• Working efficiently to meet program deadlines

You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator with problem-solving skills, able to multitask, work to tight deadlines, maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Due to the nature of this position, a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) will be required at the offer stage.
