Interaction Engineering Multi-Trader / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson Wanted

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Trader to join our team and work across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of general building, maintenance and refurbishment works. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and can work independently to a high standard.

Duties may include:

• General building and maintenance
• Plastering and patch repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Carpentry and joinery
• Tiling
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical work
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs/refurbishments
• Making good and snagging
• General property maintenance

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Multi-Trader / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
• Good range of practical building skills
• High standard of workmanship
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Own tools preferred
• CSCS / relevant qualifications advantageous
