Overview

Madisons Recruitment are actively recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients in Enfield - North London, for an experienced Multi-Trader with a Carpentry bias. This job role is available on a permanent contract OR Temporary to permanent.

Responsibilities

• General building/property maintenance
• Carpentry
• Other trades

Must have Requirements

• Proven experience within a similar role.
• Have a clean valid UK driver's license.
• Be highly motivated and keen to always work to the highest standard, regardless of working environments.
• Have good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent punctuality, organisation and timekeeping.

Remuneration

• £36,000 - £40,000 per year
• Company Van and Fuel Card
• Annual leave
• Pension
