Multi Trader - Full Time -

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate: £23.62 per hour (Umbrella)
We are recruiting a Multi-Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied housing association properties across the Surrey area.
What's Included:

Company van and fuel card

Carry out a wide range of multi-trade works, including:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Basic plastering, tiling, and decorating
• Undertake reactive repairs and general maintenance within social housing properties
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently across multiple trades
• Complete works relating to damp, mould, and general property repairs
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants
• Work independently to manage a daily workload (up to 7 jobs per day)
