Multi-Trade Technician (Plumbing/Carpentry)-Van & Benefits

Niyaa People is seeking a Multi Trade Operative for a permanent role in Hemel Hempstead, carrying out responsive repairs in occupied properties. You will work with either a Plumbing or Carpentry bias and complete 2nd fix joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and brickwork as required.

You'll need an NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or Carpentry, a full UK driving licence, and experience in social housing or responsive repairs. A company van, fuel card and 28 days' leave are provided.
