Multi-Trade Operative: Hands-On Home Repairs & Renovations

Midland Heart is seeking a Multi-trade Operative to repair and adapt homes, working in both occupied and empty properties. You will diagnose faults and complete a broad range of trades including carpentry and joinery, plumbing, plastering and decorating to keep homes safe and loved.

The role offers a basic salary of £37,764 per year with a performance bonus up to £5,000, out-of-hours payments around £4,000, a van and fuel card, full tools, uniform and PPE, plus a mobile phone and iPad,
