• Valid CSCS Card
• Full Clean UK driving license
• Enhanced DBS/DVLA check to be taken prior to commencing the role
• NVQ in your primary trade
• High Standard of work
• Good communicator
• Being able to work within Occupied Properties
• 2 References

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER

• Permanent position (after 3 months' probation)
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
• 40 hours per week (inc 30 mins per day unpaid break)
• Annual Holidays 20 rising to 24 with 4 years' service
