Multi Trade Operative

We're looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our responsive maintenance team, working across social housing properties in and around Swadlincote. This is a customer facing role where quality, care, and getting things right first time really matter.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing homes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Typical tasks will include:

• General multi trade repairs (carpentry, minor plumbing, patch plastering, basic tiling, etc.)
• Diagnosing and resolving day to day repair issues
• Working professionally in residents' homes with a strong customer focus
• Completing work to agreed SLAs and company standards
• Accurately updating job records using a mobile device

Essential requirements:

• Proven trade background (multi-skilled)
• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (or equivalent)
• Experience in social housing responsive maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach in residents' homes
