The Opportunity:My client in Cuffley are seeking multiple Multi-Trades Operatives to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring all properties managed by our client are maintained to the highest standard. Your work will help create safe, well-kept, and healthy living environments for those we look to accommodate.The successful candidate will: Perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks, including diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, and ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard Ensure all work is completed in compliance with current building regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, time management, and meeting deadlines Manage and resolve complex maintenance issues, liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of work completed, work orders, and compliance documentation Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available, well-maintained, and used efficiently Conduct quality checks to ensure all completed work meets the required standardsFurther information: Interviews to commence ASAP Permanent £32,500 - £37,500 per annum + Bonus Full-time working pattern Company van provided (Business and personal use) Tools providedRequirements: Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative with a strong background across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Full UK drivers licence Relevant certifications in multiple trades (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, etc.) Health and Safety certifications Avalon, trading name of Spirehouse Recruitment Limited.
