Multi Task Attendant

Pay: €17.83 per hour

Job Description

Our client in Public Health is seeking reliable and hardworking MTAS (Kitchen & Laundry) to join their team. The successful candidates will support the daily operation of kitchen and laundry services, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, residents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen duties including meal preparation, serving food, washing dishes, and cleaning kitchen areas
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organise linen and clothing
• Operate kitchen and laundry equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and infection control
• Clean and sanitise work areas, surfaces, and equipment
• Monitor supplies and report low stock levels
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily service needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen, laundry, cleaning, or healthcare support work is desirable
• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to follow hygiene, food safety, and infection control procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible in approach to work
• Able to carry out manual handling duties as required
