Multi-Supplier Change Leader (SIAM)

Capgemini is seeking an SIAM Change Analyst to govern the end to end Change Management process across a multi supplier environment. You will standardise the framework, coordinate change activities, and monitor performance to reduce risk and disruption while improving end user experiences.

You will liaise with suppliers, drive data driven insights, and produce governance dashboards to support decision making. A strong ITSM background, SIAM principles, and stakeholder engagement are essential.
