Multi-Storey Car Park Ops & Customer Service Officer

BCP Council is seeking a dedicated Car Park Operative to support multi-storey car parks across services in Bournemouth. You will manage daily operations, perform patrols, monitor CCTV, assist during emergencies and maintain relevant logs, ensuring safety and service quality.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, teamwork, and flexibility for a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays. You will contribute to safe, clean, and efficient car parks while liaising with engineers and
