Multi Skilled Plumber

We ensure our homes are safe, warm, dry, and fully functional-places where residents are proud to live.We are now seeking a skilled and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our team, working across sites in Blackburn, Bolton, Lancaster and the surrounding areas.Your new role

• Deliver high-quality, responsive repairs across our properties
• Use your core plumbing skills to diagnose and resolve issues
• Carry out multi-skilled work to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible
• Work independently, managing your own workload effectively
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach
• Take part in an out-of-hours callout rota (additional payment provided)

What you'll need to succeedYou must live within a reasonable distance of Blackburn to respond to jobs efficiently.A full UK driving licence is required. A basic DBS check will be needed, which will be paid for.Essential Skills & Experience

• NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification, or equivalent recognised competency in the plumbing trade
• Strong competence in basic plumbing, damp and mould works
• Multi-trade capability that enables completion of most repairs on first visit
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Ability to follow procedures and accurately record information
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving ability
• Ability to undertake physical tasks in line with Health & Safety guidelines
• Awareness of environmental risks and commitment to safe working practices
• Strong alignment with organisational values and behaviours

Desirable

• Experience working within the social housing sector
