Job Description

Harbron Recruit LTD is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join a bungalow restoration project in Lustleigh, Devon.

Position Details

Location: Lustleigh, Devon

Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour

Duration: Approximately 3 months

Job Type: Full time

Start Date: Immediate

Duties
  • Plastering
  • Brickwork and brick repairs
  • Painting and decorating
  • Repointing and masonry repairs
  • Basic tiling
  • Rendering and patch repairs
  • General maintenance and snagging
  • Assisting with all aspects of the bungalow restoration project as required
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Tradesperson
  • Skilled in plastering, brickwork, painting and decorating, and general building works
  • Ability to work independently and produce a high standard of work
  • Own tools preferred
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to use initiative
  • Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the site
