Job Description

Key responsibilities andaccountabilities:

• Accurately and efficiently operatecomplex machinery
• Meet production fulfilment needs ofinternal and external customers
• Maintain high standards of companyetiquette and codes of conduct
• Contribute to a manufacturing processthat is safe, efficient, and sanitary
• Verify that safety equipment onmachinery is functional prior to operation
• Follow production instructions, eitherwritten or verbal, as necessary
• Set up and perform minor calibrationson machinery, as needed
• Operate machinery in a manner that issafe for yourself and others
• Perform inspections of machinery toensure efficient operation and production
• Maintain high quality of products asproduced through machinery
• Ensureperformance against the skills criteria

Requirements

You will be focused on performance and accuracy, naturallyconfident and self-motivated with acan-do attitude. You can maintain housekeeping standards, help drive improvements and build relationships within the wider manufacturing department.

Experience ispreferred but not a necessity as full intensive training will be provided
