Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative - Trades & Joinery

A leading maintenance services provider in Liverpool seeks a skilled maintenance technician for a permanent role. Responsibilities include conducting brick work repairs, paving, joinery, and basic plumbing tasks. Candidates should have relevant trade qualifications like NVQ and a CSCS card, along with a good understanding of building maintenance. The role requires heavy use of hand tools and the ability to drive. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm with on-call duties every 7 weeks.
