A multi-site FMCG manufacturer has invested heavily in a new production plant in Wrexham and is currently recruiting a new team of maintenance engineers to get the site up and running as production ramps up.

Role

The multi skilled maintenance engineer will support production operations by maintaining a wide range of electro mechanical machinery and ancillary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding, responding to emergency breakdowns
• Proactive maintenance to help reduce breakdowns
• Looking into the root cause of failures and putting long term fixes in place

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in electrical or mechanical, or equivalent.
• Experience working in an automated factory environment.
• Experience with proactive maintenance or reliability engineering is desirable.
