Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Flexible Shifts

Mallonfoods is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Monaghan. You will lead preventative and reactive maintenance of plant equipment, drive continuous improvement, and ensure Health & Safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/electrical apprenticeship, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently as part of a team, with flexibility to cover shifts as required. Experience with fillers, chillers, AHUs, CIP systems is a plus.
