Join a Growing Water Infrastructure Contractor

Our client is a fast-growing, family-orientated civil engineering contractor delivering projects across the Thames Water network. With a strong pipeline of secured work throughout the AMP8 programme, they are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Groundworkers to join their expanding team in the Swindon area.

The Role

Working across clean water infrastructure projects, you will be involved in a variety of groundworks activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Projects will be based on sites across the Swindon area, and candidates must be willing to travel between sites as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Excavation and reinstatement works
  • Pipe laying and water infrastructure works
  • Concrete works, kerbing, drainage, and ducting activities
  • General civil engineering and groundworks duties
  • Working safely in accordance with site procedures and industry standards
  • Supporting site teams to ensure project delivery targets are met
  • Maintaining high-quality workmanship across all projects
Essential Requirements
  • CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker or Green Labourer)
  • Previous experience within groundworks, utilities, water, or civil engineering environments
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to travel between sites across the Swindon region
