Multi-Skilled Engineering Apprentice - C&K Meats - Eye, near Diss (September 2025 start)

This is a four-year academic and on-the-job apprenticeship to achieve the Food and Drink Multi-skilled Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship Level 3. The apprenticeship includes:
- OAL Level 3 Diploma in Food and Drink Engineering Maintenance
- Residential engineering training at our affiliated Training Provider: 20 weeks in year one, 14 weeks in year two, and 6 weeks in year three. The fourth year is dedicated to consolidating learning and preparing for the End Point Assessment.
- Access to the latest technology in a purpose-built training facility equipped with advanced machinery and process control systems.
- Potential to pursue higher-level studies, such as HNC or Degree, upon successful completion.
- Post-completion opportunities include moving into shift engineering teams.
As part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant and equipment performance to achieve maximum machine availability. Your work will involve planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to minimize production disruptions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maintaining a safe working environment for all colleagues.
