The successful candidate will deliver high quality plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations across a range of properties, while also applying competent multi trade skills to support first time fixes and efficient service delivery. They will diagnose faults accurately, work safely and independently, communicate professionally with tenants and colleagues, and maintain clear, compliant records of all work completed. A proactive approach, strong customer focus, and commitment to upholding organisational standards will be essential.
