40 Hours 3-Week Rota (Days 6am-2pm, Lates 2pm-12am, 1 in 3 Weekends)

You'll

• Run routine checks & preventive maintenance
• Jump on breakdowns and get machines moving
• Adjust machines & handle changeovers
• Calibrate equipment to meet quality & safety standards
• Work with production to improve processes
• Keep accurate maintenance records

You

• NVQ3 (or equivalent) Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Know conveyors, motors, pumps, packaging kit
• Troubleshoot like a pro
• Work fast, think fast, decide fast
• Can do attitude & straight talking
