Multi Skilled Engineer Location - Southampton Monday to Friday - 40hrs Salary up to £35,000 per annum / £18.62 per hour Temp to perm

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer working on a educational site based within Southampton, Handling all maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within commercial environments

Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:

• Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
• Check and inspection of building fabric/electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc )
• Respond to re-active works.

Desirable

• Ideally electrical bias however will review mechanical also
• Minimum of Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or 'A' and 'B or equivalent, BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance field (or equivalent other qualification recognised by CITB/EITB/JIB)
• Certified in 17th/ 18th edition
