Multi-Skilled Engineer - Caistor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer to join our maintenance team at our Caistor site in Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving problems and has experience with scheduled maintenance and repairs within a manufacturing setting.

Purpose of the Role

As a Multi Skilled Engineer you will be a key player in ensuring the consistent smooth running of factory machinery, including planned maintenance and reactive repairs. You will continually look for ways to improve future processes and drive equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reactive breakdown repairs.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Record all documentation accurately and on time.
• Improve equipment reliability and eliminate recurring faults.
• Ensure "audit ready" records are kept.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a multi disciplined Engineer.
• An electrical bias with sound mechanical knowledge.
• Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications at Level 3 or equivalent.
• Previous experience within the food or FMCG industry is beneficial.

Working Hours

A 4 week rota including one Saturday in 4.
