Multi-Skilled Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre

Dudley Council is seeking Customer Services Advisors to provide contact centre service delivery and guidance on council services. The role involves handling enquiries, determining eligibility, raising service requests, and taking payments.

You will work in a largely office-based setting around the Dudley Borough, 37 hours per week, with shifts Mon-Fri 08:30-17:15. Strong numeracy, IT literacy and calm under pressure are essential.
