We are looking for several Production Operators on CNC machines for versatile CNC machining positions for one of our clients in the watchmaking field, based in the Bulle region.MISSION DESCRIPTION: Assembly and measuring of tools, management of dimensions on Siemens and other controls , machining and inspection of manufactured parts. Use CNC lathes Index, Traub, Benzinger Bi-Spindle Bi-Turrets or Tri-Turrets, as well as milling machines Willemin W408/W508 or INDEX V100. Machining of watch casing parts: cases, backs, steel bezels. Perform inspections with traditional control tools, 3D measurement, and optical inspection according to the parts. First-level maintenance to be performed. Shift work 2x8 or 3x8.PROFILE: CFC of Production Mechanic or AFP in Mechanical CN Machines. Have had a successful first experience in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the watchmaking field. Excellent knowledge in reading control tool specifications including digital control tools, a good mechanical technical sense. Basic knowledge in related areas is a plus.
