Multi-Site School Estates Manager

Reach South Academy Trust is seeking a proactive Site Manager for Mount Tamar School in Plymouth to lead site operations and support the Estates Operations Manager. The role covers safety, compliance, service testing and maintenance, and ensuring a secure site for pupils, staff and visitors.

Reporting to the Headteacher, you will manage site staff, coordinate across multiple sites, and drive adherence to policy, improving safety and efficiency across the Trust's estate.
