The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Services Manager to oversee operations across a multi-site Build-to-Rent portfolio in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the fast-growing BTR sector, leading on service delivery, customer experience, and operational excellence.
As the Senior RSM, you'll ensure smooth resident move-ins and move-outs, manage and develop on-site teams, and uphold high standards across all aspects of service. You'll play a key role in creating communities where residents feel at home while ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Resident Services Teams across multiple BTR sites.
- Oversee seamless move-in and move-out processes.
- Drive excellent resident experience and customer service.
- Manage contractors and ensure quality of completed works.
- Take responsibility for health & safety compliance across the portfolio.
- Monitor KPIs, produce management reports, and take action to address performance gaps.
- Proven management and leadership experience in Build-to-Rent, residential property, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong organisational and people-management skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
- Solid understanding of health & safety requirements and compliance.
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant legislation and property operations is an advantage.
- Passion for service delivery, community building, and driving standards in a growing BTR environment.
