Multi Site Radiology Front Desk & Scheduling Assistant

Southend University Hospital NHS Trust in Basildon is seeking a Radiology Patient Pathway Assistant to provide reception cover and book imaging appointments within a busy Radiology Admin Team. You will welcome patients, visitors and staff, handling queries face-to-face and by phone across Basildon and nearby sites.

The ideal candidate will have patient-facing experience, excellent telephone manners, and good computer skills.
