Multi-Site HR Manager - Strategic People Partner

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering a high-quality people service across multiple sites. The role combines operational excellence with strategic HR partnership to equip managers and improve colleague experiences and organisational performance.

The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 5 or above, strong employee relations experience, and knowledge of UK employment law.
