Multi-Site HR Leader: Shape People Strategy

HR GO Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the function across multiple sites in Flintshire. You will partner with managers to deliver a proactive, commercially focused people strategy.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent development, ensure compliance, and analyse HR data to drive improvement. CIPD qualification is desirable; manufacturing background preferred.
