Multi-Site HR Leader: Culture, Engagement & ER

GXO is seeking an HR Manager to lead a multi-site HR service across two contracts: East Midlands Gateway and Nestle Purina at Hams Hall, Coleshill. You will report to the HR Business Partner and guide site leadership on employee relations, engagement, and performance while building strong unions partnerships.

This full-time role requires travel across sites, CIPD Level 5+ expertise, and a track record of developing teams and processes.
