Multi Site Catering Supervisor Food Safety Leader

Booths in Preston is seeking a Bistro Supervisor to lead catering operations across our central office and two canteens. This role oversees day-to-day service, ensures safety and quality, and guides a small team to deliver a customer focused dining experience.

You will manage three facilities, promote high food standards, and foster a professional culture. The position is permanent, full time (36 hours per week) based at the Preston Central Office with no late shifts.
