Multi-Site Care Team Leader Travel & £1k Bonus

National Care Group is seeking a Team Leader to oversee care delivery across multiple sites in Devon. You will lead, coach and develop staff to deliver person-centred support while maintaining compliance with company policies and national standards.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers £13.86/hour, a £1,000 joining bonus and potential extra earnings from sleep-in rates. You will travel between services, so a driving licence is essential and mileage is covered.
