Multi-Site Care Deputy Manager - Leadership & Impact

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Deputy Manager to provide operational leadership across New Milton and Southampton services. You will support the Registered Manager, oversee staff rostering, budgets, and quality assurance to ensure safe, person-centred care.

You will lead teams, drive continuous improvement, manage safeguarding and regulatory reporting, and maintain positive relationships with people we support and stakeholders.
