Multi-Site Area Food & Hospitality Leader

Chartwells Independent in the Nottingham area is seeking an Area Support Manager to drive culinary excellence across our workplace dining sites along the M1 Corridor.

You will coach Unit Managers and Restaurant teams, implement menus and seasonal concepts, and lead by example to raise standards and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for food, strong operations experience, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across multiple sites.
