Multi Outlet Sous Chef: Lead, Mentor & Elevate Italian Cuisine

Virgin Hotels Edinburgh seeks a hands-on Sous Chef to drive culinary excellence across multiple outlets, including a Scottish Brasserie and Italian concepts. You will lead a skilled kitchen team, mentor juniors and help maintain high safety, quality and cost controls in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to develop menus, optimise food costs and deliver exceptional guest experiences across events, room service and front-of-house collaborations.
