Job Description

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services firm based in London, offering institutional and professional clients access to global markets via our cutting-edge trading technology. Our platform provides seamless access to a broad suite of OTC and exchange-traded products across multiple asset classes including equities, FX, commodities, fixed income, and crypto.

As we continue to scale, we are now looking to onboard experienced Sales Traders, Multi-Asset Sales professionals, or small brokerage teams with an established client base, to join us on our journey and help drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and manage client relationships across institutional, family office, hedge fund, and high-net-worth segments
  • Distribute a wide range of financial instruments across asset classes: FX, equities, commodities, fixed income, and digital assets
  • Leverage the firm's advanced technology platform to offer clients efficient, transparent, and competitive execution
  • Collaborate closely with internal trading, risk, and operations teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience
  • Maintain a deep understanding of global markets and client needs to offer strategic solutions and insights
  • Identify and onboard new revenue-generating clients and teams
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record in multi-asset sales or sales trading (5+ years preferred)
  • Experience with OTC and exchange-traded products is essential
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving and lean environment
  • Strong understanding of market structure, liquidity sourcing, and client execution workflows
  • FCA registration (or ability to become registered) preferred
