An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Family Support & Children and Families Services as a MAST Early Help Manager. This role plays a crucial part in supporting children, young people, and families by ensuring early intervention and coordinated services.

The Multi-Agency Support Team (MAST) Early Help Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee casework, manage risk, and ensure the effective allocation of cases. The role involves working closely with social care, education, health, and voluntary sector partners to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the MAST Early Help Team, overseeing case management and service delivery.
2. Ensure timely assessment, referral, and allocation of cases to appropriate services.
3. Work collaboratively with partner agencies, promoting best practices in Early Help.
4. Manage team performance, ensuring services meet agreed targets and outcomes.
5. Provide expert advice and challenge to professionals working with families.
6. Supervise and develop staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
7. Monitor trends in family support needs and ensure high-quality record-keeping.

Salary: £286.18 per day
