Multi-Agency Recovery Practitioner

Nacro is seeking a Practitioner to join the Recovery Near You team within the Treatment division. You will deliver effective, practical interventions and work across agencies to ensure timely access to services. A minimum of 12 months in a multi-agency setting, with line-management experience, is preferred.

Strong communication and commitment to holistic, person-centered care are essential. The role emphasizes collaborative teamwork, delivering 1-1 psychosocial support and group activities, and
