Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Execute, manage, and lead Microsoft Defender customer and partner onboarding processes.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the service and take ownership of service improvements.
• Manage onboarding programs within expected timeframes, driving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Share knowledge through documentation, social media, and technical communities.
• Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance service quality.
• Deliver training and mentorship to develop team skills.

Qualifications Recommended:

Two-year degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in customer support or security roles. Effective communication with corporate customers and understanding of Microsoft Defender onboarding is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations.

Minimum Experience:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience deploying and administering security solutions such as MDE, MDO, MCAS, MDI, or M365 Defender in large organizations.
• Specific experience with:
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoints: deployment, configuration, and management.
• Microsoft Defender for Office: configuring policies, automation, and threat analytics.
• Microsoft Cloud App Security: portal setup, shadow IT discovery, incident correlation.
• Microsoft Defender for Identity: connecting to Active Directory, resource planning, deploying sensors.
