Job Description
The Opportunity

An exciting Project Manager opportunity supporting a Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) team across technology transfer, process characterisation, scale-up and validation programmes within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6.


Provide project controls support to MS&T scientists and engineers.


Coordinate schedules across technology transfer, process characterisation, scale-up and validation activities.


Monitor project progress against baseline plans, milestones and key deliverables.


Facilitate structured pull-planning sessions to support reliable project execution.


Maintain document control standards in line with applicable Quality Systems.


Coordinate and manage change control activities.


Identify schedule risks, dependencies and potential impacts to project delivery.


Support execution and coordination of post-OQ project activities.


Provide clear project updates and maintain alignment across technical stakeholders.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.

  • 5-9 years of relevant Project Management ideally within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or another regulated environment.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience developing, maintaining and managing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.

  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, baseline management, critical paths, dependencies, milestones and schedule risk management.

  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing or MS&T teams within complex project environments.

  • Experience managing change control and document control activities within a regulated Quality System.

  • Experience with technology transfer, process characterisation, scale-up, commissioning/qualification and/or validation projects is highly advantageous.

  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional technical teams.

  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification is advantageous
