MRICS Residential Valuer - London Market & Advisory

Cluttons is seeking a qualified MRICS Registered Valuer to join its Residential Advisory team in London. The role covers Red Book valuations, portfolio valuations, Leasehold Act, rent registrations, and asset management for landlord clients across prime central and greater London.

You will prepare detailed valuation reports, discuss findings with clients, and network to generate new business, with opportunities to progress within the firm.
